Orem Floral

I looked at Orem Floral & Gift’s website and saw that their PREMIUM arrangements as pictured in their menus of options were almost all $69-$89. I wanted something SUPER-premium, so I asked for a $100 “romantic bridal centerpiece” for a daughter’s bridal shower. I asked specifically for GARDEN roses, dahlias and rununculus. I left the specific colors up to the florist shop, trusting they would know what to do for a bridal shower. What was delivered was not super-premium, underwhelming and not a design you’d expect for a bridal shower. The arrangement had merely 6 roses in it, some hydrangea and a lot of daisies. The roses were NOT garden roses. The vase used was disposable: plastic, not a “keeper” vase, which was ok because that is what I asked for so that more of the budget could be put towards the quality of the florals. I will say that I did call and speak to a woman on the phone to express my disappointment. She did listen respectfully but I still must leave an honest review. I feel a little ripped off. I did add a star because the arrangement was delivered on time. But delivery was extra, on top of the $100, and the floral shop was very close to the delivery address. For $100 and my specific requests, it should have been a special arrangement; instead it was merely acceptable and none of my requests were honored.

I appreciate that Iona made every effort to get flowers delivered to me that a family member had sent. The delivery address she had was slightly off so she called and left a voicemail, when I didn't answer, as well as texted me. It was after the shops regular hours so I suspect she stayed late to make sure they honored the commitment to get them here on the day requested. And the arrangement was very nice.

I'm always nervous ordering flowers online, particularly when I'm ordering from a different city so the florist knows I'll probably never see the finished item. I ordered flowers from Orem Floral for a relative's funeral that look place in Orem. My relatives were very touched and impressed by the lovely flowers Orem Floral delivered so they sent me a picture. I was happy to see that the flowers delivered look even nicer than the sample shown on the website. The colors and design were the same as shown online and the flowers all seemed to be very fresh. Delivery $8 was fast and timely and Orem Floral's online system for ordering through Teleflora was fast and easy to use. Thanks, Orem Floral, for helping to make a sad occasion a little brighter for my family.

Orem Floral & Gift did an AMAZING job with our wedding florals! I gave them inspiration photos and colors, and the results were beautiful. The flowers really made the feel of our venue. Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers for my Daughter-in-law and was very disappointed. I wrote to the owner and she couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. She apologized and asked how she could make it right. She immediately put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers and sent them to my daughter-in-law who was thrilled. Orem Floral and Gift will continue to get my business, they were honest and went the extra mile to make things right!

Good product, terrible customer service. I placed an online order on the 19th for delivery on the 20th. The flowers were delivered on the 19th. When I called to ask why they had been delivered early I was told that they hadn't been delivered and were still scheduled for the 20th. The person who received the arrangement then called the florist to confirm it was from me. It was. When I called the florist back to ask why my arrangement had been sent early I was met with grumpiness and attitude even though I had been polite the entire time. The arrangement was cute but not worth the time I've had to spend on the phone trying to figure out how this delivery got so messed up. I won't be returning to this florist.

Unfortunately I am that one out of hundreds that did not receive the quality one would expect from a 4.5 average review. I chose Orem based on those reviews and the arrangements offered via their website. Based on those reviews, my expectations were very high as I placed an order for my daughter and granddaughter whom just moved to Orem. I also wanted to support a local business in that area. What I ordered and what my daughter received were not of the same quality. We entrust “florists” to place our emotions into their designs for our loved ones and expect near perfection despite the reality that circumstances may change the actual flowers available; however, the design itself should not be affected. The appearance of the finished product was that of a “rushed” design. I was not satisfied and made them aware. I did receive a call back from “owner” with the “we’ve been doing this for 20 years” and we are not wrong attitude. I explained to her that it wasn’t about the money, but about the emotion we trust them to put into their arrangements. Her attitude was that of “we are perfect” and we don’t make mistakes. Everything that I pointed out that I as the customer was not satisfied with came back with “I was okay with the finished product” and “my designer has been doing this for 20 plus years”. No where in our conversation did I receive empathy / apology for how I felt in regards to their product. I was offered 25% money back? Again, it wasn’t about the money. She did offer to go and take the flowers back from my daughter and give me my money back...what?? I wish I could attach pictures to show that out of many great arrangements that have come out of this establishment, one mine was not arranged to the expectations that one would have with them. As a business owner myself, above ALL else, we make sure the customer is satisfied! All I wanted as a consumer was to deliver an arrangement suitable for the Love I have for my daughter and granddaughter. I advised owner that I would advise BBB regarding product and customer service received by the owner and her remark was “say hi to BBB for me”. Of all the great reviews they have received and as confident as she seemed about her product, she would have made this one right. I chose them out of many. The picture on the left is what the expectation was and the right is what they delivered... I leave this to the owner..It is our “Customers” who keep the doors open for us Day in and Day out, not the 20 years you so boldly claim you or I have as business owners. .

I ordered from out of state for a good friends funeral trusting that Orem Floral and Gift would serve me well. Asian was so kind in taking my order and reviewing that it was correct. I received pictures from my sisters showing what was sent. I was more than happy. I requested a dish garden of plants and requested some fresh cuts be added. They did a beautiful job so it was colorful for the funeral but the family still had something to keep longer than a day or two. Thank you Orem Floral and Gifts.

Great service! Kathy was so kind and accommodating. I called right before closing and she was able to coordinate a last minute delivery. I told her that my sister-in-law wouldn’t be home for a hour..she went out of her way to check the weather and even asked the florist if the flowers would survive double bagged in freezing temps. They suggested the morning would be better to receive the order. Even minutes before closing she took the time to coordinate a better delivery time-and helped me pick a perfect flower arrangement even with my complicated explanation I am looking forward to hearing from my sister-in-law because I’m sure the flowers are beautiful! So I ordered some flowers online and I made a mistake I ordered them to be delivered on Friday when I really needed them sent on Thursday so I called them right when they opened and the lady on the phone said not to worry they will get them sent out on Thursday! They did deliver and they did such an amazing job the picture on line don’t do these flowers justice! When you get these flowers they look fake that’s how gorgeous these flowers are! They smell amazing and they cheered up the person that I was sending them to!! Thank you so much to your team and to whom ever put them together THANK YOU!! I will be shopping with you guys in the future!!
