Laura Diaz was a teenager when her passion for make-up artistry sprouted. On her free time between school and school work, she became a desired make up artist amongst her friends. For a small fee, she was the make up artist for many quinceniera's, soon to be brides, and friday night outs. Although after high school, she went to college to study law, she knew her passion was beauty, make-up, and skin care. After graduating from a four year university in Mexico, she moved to California with her mother and sisters. Following her dream soon became a desire to create her own skin care line. She was set on building her own business but wanted to give the public products she trusted. From personal experience and gaining hands on knowledge she found the perfect selection of products she can call her own. ORGANICS by LK was born.
Laura started as a vendor knocking door to door, offering free facials with the chance to introduce her new organic products not seen on the market. She had the help of partners but it was her determination and persistence that moved her to continue despite the endeavors of a new and growing business. Her daughter Kyla Campbell would accompany her to many client demonstrations and hepled with daily business tasks. In result her daughter grew interest in business. After high school, Kyla went to New York City to study Business Managment and Administration at a four year university inside the Empire State Building. Laura knew that for her small business to become a company, she would have to change her mindset. Interest in metaphysics and the power of "I am" expanded her horizons and brought renovations for her business. ORGANICS by LK a.k.a. Organics by Laura and Kyla is run by the two. Together they are always looking for the next renovation in organic skin care. They try to find ways to give back to the public and help the environment.
