Original sports art of any sport, team, or player. I do primarily football but also have done basketball, soccer, and track.
If you're really serious about your team, and want to show off to your friends at home or your associates at work, here's what you need. I specialize in original sports art, primarily but not exclusively football. Check my pictures and you can see the quality of my work. I paint in both water color and oils, whichever medium you prefer, although the larger the picture you want, it's much easier to work with large canvases than large slabs of watercolor paper.

If you played, or know someone who does, or just have a favorite player, original art shows just how much of a fan you really are. A player in the family? I've done pictures of high school sons playing basketball and both kinds of football, US and soccer.
I'll work with you on teams, individual players or combination pictures. One of my commissions was to have William Perry of the Bears tackle Phil Simms of the Giants. Another didn't care about the particular players, but wanted a painting of Arkansas players tackling a University of Texas running back. Pick a player or situation and I'll do what I can to make it come true in paint.

- Terms
After determining the subject matter, I'll get to work on your painting. Here's what they're going for:
Water color:
11x14--$150
14x18--$200
18x24--$250
Oil:
11x14--$200
14x18--$250
18x24--$300
Other sizes are negotiable; the largest I've done so far is 24x28 but I'll be glad to work with you. The water color paintings will be matted. The oils will be on canvas board, unmatted and unframed. Owing to drying time, the water colors can be shipped much sooner after completion.
If you'd like the picture framed as well, add $50.
Shipping is extra, to be determined by size and FedEx.
Payment is expected one-half in advance. Once the deal is done, I'll give you an estimated time of completion. I'll e-mail you a shot of the final product; if you're unhappy with it, I'll fix it or give you your money back.
