My delivery order experience 7/23/2023 11:57 pm Don’t order through any app because they will send you rotten and undercooked food and then tell you to complain to Uber eats. No you made this meal so I’m complaining to the establishment and they did nothing! Look at this food! It’s not ok to send people food like this and I actually liked this place but I will drive to north hills and go the the ORIGINAL ONE because this canoga park location has fallen off. And I read the reviews before ordering and it was good lol all those people are liars because this food is a joke and rotten

Look, I grew up literally around the corner from the original location on Beverly and Rampart. Tommy's runs through my veins! We stopped and just grabbed a 32 oz. cup of their chili since we were making burgers at home.Food: 5/5
I was expecting more for Tommy’s Burgers. The chili cheeseburger was just fine. The chili was only on the outside of the burger; I don’t know if that’s the way it should be. I didn’t like the fries.. The combos are more expensive than other fast food restaurants. The seating area was empty, now know why Restroom were not clean. I might give Tommy’s a second change sometime next year, or a day that I get really hungry.
This location was so clean on the inside. Bathrooms are outside, and you need to grab the key from inside, which is fine. They were very clean. Ordering was quick and painless and the food came out in a timely manner!! Kid-friendliness: We came in with out 5 kiddos the people were friendly and there was plenty of room at the large tables to accommodate us all.
Same as it was in the 70s,80s,90s, etc. PERFECTLY, DELICIOUSLY, the SAME! Same crispy fries. Same thick, just-greasy-enough chili. And don't forget your little yellow hot peppers Only diet Pepsi, but Jack in the Box is right next door and they have diet Coke annnd diet Dr. Pepper. Now GO!!Food: 5/5

Tommy's always brings me back to my teenage years. Love the food. Love the quick service. Love that everything is the same as it was several decades ago! And I always ask for free extra chili on my burger, and a couple hot peppers!Food: 5/5
I would have given this place five stars but the past three times I've been there and I asked for extra chili they did not give it to me. Unlike before they always gave me a generous amount maybe it's the employees because I don't recognize any of them. Plus the fact that they are not 24 hours. I will stop going to this place and start going to another Tommy's place which is only a mile further.
This is a SoCal classic, and this specific location doesn’t disappoint. Indoor and patio dining, quick service, and chili on everything! I’ve been here about six times and my plan is to keep going back about monthly.Food: 4/5
