Orland Park Shoe Repair

Good experience on first try. The repair involved stitching in a new section of leather where 4 shoe lace holes had torn away on a pair of beloved boots. I was very happy with the workmanship and cleanliness of the repair. They also got it done sooner than promised. I'll be back for any future needs.

I found them online and decided to give them a try. They did a great job repairing 2 pairs of shoes so I decided to bring them more business: a high-end bag and a pair of beloved, high-end boots. The boots needed a lot of attention so she called me once they were ready, rather than giving me a date to return. That was absolutely fine with me and she did indeed call me back for pick up in a timely manner. And Wow, they did an excellent job! The purse was perfectly repaired and the boots were fully cleaned, re-soled, and they re-wrapped the entire boot due to the damage. The price was as expected and the quality of work was much appreciated. Thanks!

Think twice! About 5 years ago they fixed a heeled boot for me and did a good job so I didn't think twice to bring another one to them... oh do I regret it!!! See for yourself, the pictures say it all. What a BOTCHED job! And yes, the shoe is now discolored and dirty on top of all the glue on there. In hindsight, I would have just asked my husband to do his best and nail the heel to the shoe or try gluing it.

I went to drop off a purse and they told me it would take about a week. I got a call 30 minutes later and it was done! They were so kind to call me and remind me that I left stamps so I wouldn’t worry about them. I have been going here for years and they have never disappointed me with fast and well made results!

I brought in shoes that needed heel repair. I paid $40 in advance for the repair. Wore the shoes one time and the heels started coming apart again. I brought them in and was told I couldn’t get a refund because that wasn’t the part of the heel they repaired, but indeed it was. After much arguing I finally got my $40 refund, but the owner kept my shoes. It was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give less than one star, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We brought 2 leather dog collars to this repair shop as our puppy was growing out of the small one and was not big enough for the large one. They punched extra holes in both and added a loop in red leather that matched the larger collar very well. They were expensive collars and I was concerned with ruining them but they looked great and the extra loop looks like it came on the collar. Quick turnaround too.
