We were here for a conference with our company. We were there for an extended stay due to a hurricane but the staff was accommodating with our rooms. Hotel was clean even with construction of flooring going on, rooms were tidied up every day and the cleaning staff was generous with gestures "Very few spoke English" It was awesome to have the fast shuttle service available as well. Bar area was nice and the guys were awesome. The restaurant was good as we ate there a few times during our stay. Over all a great stay.
This hotel was super clean, organized, and large. The staff was amazing. Beds are comfy and the A/C was great. We left our car in their parking lot while we traveled. I purchased the parking in advance at a cheaper price per day online. If you do it from the hotel desk it's like $18 per day. The shuttle leaves every thirty minutes and it's 24-7. You can't beat that. The airport is SUPER close to the hotel. Upon return from our trip we collected our luggage from the baggage claim, called the shuttle service and by the time we got to the bay parking number and terminal they gave us over the phone the shuttle was already there. The drivers are great. I highly recommend this hotel and shuttle to the airport.
Conveniently located near the airport. Had a tough time calling in to get the shuttle to the airport. The driver was great and very helpful, but hotel wasn't picking up the phone for about 10 minutes. Room was clean and had a great view. The concierge lounge wasn't open for some reason and that's usually the reason I pay a bit more to stay at a marriot instead of their other properties. Overall a good experience. Nice fitness center. Great value. Would recommend.
The Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside is simply wonderful! The staff is outstanding. The shuttle to the airport is so convenient - 24 hour service. We staff was outstanding - especially Marco in the lounge. Great service and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with our 7th floor king room. The view was great, the bed divine and the TV has dozens of channels. We really can't wait to return. Marriott rocks!
Wonderful stay. Convention center attached. Spacious rooms. A small lake to walk around. Uneventful trip but for the tropical storm. Power went off for a few hours. Good decent staff. Very busy hotel. Lounge was great.. Breakfast for Elite members in the lounge.
This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time.This time we got valet and it was so worth it to just drive up and go straight to the room after a long day felt so good.The room was super clean and comfy per usual and price was definitely worth it. If you are a member of AAA you can get a discount using the bonvoy app when booking. we originally booked for one night and ended up adding another they made it super easy through the app.
After a bad experience at a neighbor hotel, the Marriott staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great room. Excellent staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice area around the hotel to walk around and spend time before a flight.Rooms: 5/5

It is a good property and I had a nice stay. Hotel runs airport shuttle using an electric very cool! van. It runs twice an hour top and bottom of the hour, 24 hours a day. It was very convenient. Everyone that I talk to were friendly, especially the afternoon van driver, and a few front desk staffs that helped me retrieve a camera charger that I accidently left behind. AJ at the breakfast restaurant was very professional and friendly as well. A couple easy things to improve: 1. Re-position the mesh wall decoration in the bathroom. I think it would look better if it was mounted higher, and centered. 2. Wall paper above the headboard. In the picture I thought maybe it was a cool 3D sculpted piece, in real-life it is just a cheap looking wall paper. I think it would look better to put some simple color gradient wall paper. 3. In room 911, I think the toilet valve was a bit leaky, and the desk chair was a bit worn.
A good Marriott. Room was comfy and clean. The pool was beautiful but It was raining so no go. Just one thing, be prepared to pay the parking fee $18.00 a day.Rooms: 5/5
