I absolutely love going to my longtime therapist, Marci Elliott, at LifeStance Health! When I first went to this practice it was called Orlando Behavioral Heath. I believe it’s been through 3 name changes! I saw several therapists within their other branches, as well. However, I once I saw Marci for my intake after being released from a psychiatric hospital, I quickly requested to stay with her going forward! She is a wonderful human who cares deeply for her patients with excellent bedside manners and extremely knowledgeable in her field! I feel so much better after each of our sessions! Since Covid, I continue seeing her virtually for all our sessions. The practice uses VSee Clinic App for their virtual Telehealth appointments. It’s not the best with it glitches here and there, but it’s a small inconvenience to see an amazing specialist who genuinely cares!

I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment at 1:00 PM. I could not get into the waiting room. I kept getting a 404 error. I called tech support and was put on hold, so I called the therapist’s office to reschedule. I was put on hold. The provider called me at 1:10 said that it appeared to her that I was in another provider’s waiting room, but my end was just a 404 error and that the waiting room did not exist. She said she’d call the office and someone would call me. No one did. Finally, I was contacted at 2:30 by tech support. They asked me what they could do for me. Nothing. My appointment was for 1-2. It was all over by then. So, I had no appointment and no one called me to reschedule.

LifeStance has a great team of professional persons, Who care very much about their patients and their evolution. I am blessed that I have found them. Keep going!

The front desk staff is kind and remember you by face which is cool to walk in! Lucas is one of the most open minded individuals I’ve ever met, straight up. such a super organization

I have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for many years and he has helped me greatly. I used to go to the Maitland office but now it is virtual which I prefer. I recommend Lifestance!
