Terrible. Do not recommend. They advertise accepting new patients but do not prioritize them. If you're looking for a new doctor, keep looking this isn't it. I have been trying to get my prescriptions send over to my pharmacy FOR A WEEK. I'm now without my medication and struggling. They keep promising to get ahold of the doctor for me but it's all excuses. So far I've heard "your doctor is in a room with a patient, your doctor is on vacation so we sent it to another doctor that's in, we marked it as a priority it'll be done by the end of the day" so after calling multiple times today to get my prescriptions and all last week... here I am STILL WITHOUT MY PRESCRIPTIONS. It should not be this difficult and it's the bare minimum a doctor can provide, but this facility can not be bothered. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And I know for a fact that they screen calls. I tried MULTIPLE times in a row it kept on ringing. My fiance calls for me and they answer on ring 2. Absolutely horrendous service. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

0/10 I don't recommend. I will never go back. I went in for a fall with road rash wound. Waited 5 hours and then demanded to see doctor. Doctor finally came in and said they didn't have an xray tech on staff that day. They never cleaned my wound that had visual gravel in it. I never recieved any pain medications. It was a slow day at the facility so this was just very poor patient care. They got my vitals and just left me in a room. I left and went to Spencerport UR urgentcare and was fully cared for in 20 minutes with a sling in place as I did infact have a broken arm.

Experience in the office was wonderful. The dr was supposed to call in antibiotics for both my son and I, he only called antibiotics in for me. Since it's the weekend they're not open again until Monday. I called to speak to a nurse to see about getting his antibiotics and I have been waiting over 3 hours for a call back.

Not sure why this place has so many poor reviews. Probably a lot of miserable entitled people out there. Once I was "checked in" for my first visit, I barely had time to get comfortable in a seat before I was called in. Everyone was nice, professional and accommodating. Nice clean facility!

The hours on the website and the automated message for lab is 8-12 on Saturdays. I went there 6/10/2023 at 8:30 AM and it was closed! Update your hours on the website and the front door!

This place is horrible. I went almost a year ago with my two and a half year old daughter and was told to sit and wait to be called back up until their closing time at 6 o’clock. When 6 o’clock rolled around they tried to tell me that they don’t take patients under two obviously a lie. I told them that my daughter was 2 1/2 and they then said that they were sorry but they close at 6… when I had been waiting for about 15 minutes before closing with no warning that they wouldn’t take patients after 6. Today I went in and was told it’d be a 30 minute wait. I waited for an hour before leaving because I needed to get my daughter to her school’s open house. No communication, attitude from employees besides nurse that checked vitals on my daughter. They also “had to” swab for a covid test and told me once I left that they’d call for results tonight. I haven’t heard from them. Horrible staff and I’ll never be returning. What a shame in a community that needs decent health care during times of need.

Very surprised to see so many low ratings. Elizabeth is absolutely amazing and is so patient and genuinely cares about her patience and takes time to answer all questions and concerns. When I have been unable to get in with her I have seen Dr. Raza and he too has been wonderful.

Went here for routine lab work. Had to have a rapid Covid test before entering since I had cold symptoms. VERY pleased with how smoothly everything went. Staff were all very accommodating, polite, and nice to deal with. I will be back next time lab work is needed.

went there for a simple appt and had to wait 20 minutes when it was dead in there. finally got called and the lady who did vitals was so so rude and did the blood pressure wrong . the woman who came in after that seemed to not know what she was doing, and said that the woman who messed up the blood pressure would be back to do it again. after i told her i did not want to cause it was not necessary for the appointment, she refused to let me leave without getting it. will not be going back.

I would rate them an absolute zero and will never go back. I called ahead to ask the wait time and was told there was only one person ahead of me so it would be quick. I had a 90 minute window to get back to work within, so I immediately drove and got there in 3 minutes. After an hour wait, I asked how much longer and was told that there were a couple people ahead of me in rooms and four others that walked in with me, which was absolutely not the case. I walked in before all of them. She told me I had only been there 30 minutes when I'd actually been there an hour and as I watched them call someone in the who came in after me, they told me they didn't know how much longer it would be. Total incompetence.i spent over an hour and had to leave. Will never go back! Horrible service and they could care less! Dont waste your time.
