car wash Barely touched the top of my car, spots left on the sides and entire ledges on the back untouched. If your car is DIRTY Dirty, this is not for you. I park under a tree and had built up dirt and sap and leaves, which is why I’m assuming the wash didn’t do much. But for $26, I expected to at least get some of the top of the car.
Hands down the absolute best automatic car wash in the area. 100% worth every penny, not one blemish left on my vehicle. The price for this service is only $26 and can be lower if you choose less options.
I went to get a car cleaning knowing I should’ve just cleaned the inside of my car myself. But I had no time today and I saw that they weren’t that busy around 3:30pm so I figured, why not? I sat down in the waiting area as the INTERIOR of my car was getting cleaned. To then notice they were bringing my car out 5 mins later. I immediately knew they rushed the inside of my car. I get in and notice my cup holders, arm rests and car seats were still dirty. There was lint everywhere like they just passed a dirty wet rag right over my dashboard. They threw my car mats back into my car soaking wet. They didn’t have the decency to wipe them dry after. I have a toddler and I could tell they didn’t even bother to wipe my back seats being that there was still dry milk splotches all over the seats. My car was NOT that dirty - it is a new car but I figured they could not mess that up it’s an easy job. Unfortunately I feel like I wasted my money and now that I’m trying to call the front desk they don’t answer their phones. This is the worst experience I’ve had here and this is not my first time coming to Orloski’s this is like my tenth.Services: Vacuuming
Spent $50 on wash and interior detailing for my daughter’s car. She plays softball & the car was admittedly dirty, but so disappointed with the service provided. Rear of vehicle and cargo area were not touched at all. Front of car was vacuumed and dash was wiped down, but it was a very cursory cleaning. Spoke with manager who told me to the interior detailing is “not really a detailing service.” Could have spent 1/10 of the money at our local self-service car wash and the vehicle would have been cleaner.Services: Auto detailing
I absolutely love that they are upfront about their prices. They provide quick, efficient, and great customer service when dealing with my car. They also have environmentally friendly car wash and interior cleaning. This is my top choice when getting my oil changed.
Nice car wash and price, however not so spot free especially on rear hatch, never gets rinsed enough. The mirrors at the end of the wash really need attention. First the broken ones should be replaced and they should be cleaned ok n the same cycles as the windows on the building. Staff seems super friendly.
Oil change and car wash were great! The interior clean $15 was so incomplete. Dust on the dashboard and crumbs in the cup holder were still there. The mats were partially wiped down. Not worth the price!Services: Vacuuming
Extremely satisfied customers here!!! My husband went to an awful local establishment for a truck wash. His truck was all scratched up!!! He called Orloski’s and explained what had happened. There was no guarantee they could get the scratches out. Upon entering Orloski’s he was greeted with a younger staff that were very professional helpful and honest and they were successful at removing the scratches on his brand new truck!! Our hope is that the owner sees this and know what a great crew he has!! Thank you all - the wife

First time experience. My car is still dirty. I have not been to orloskis before for an interior detail and carwash. I pulled to the interior detail center and was greeted by a guy mid 40s who was miserable. It was 515 and they closed at 6. He told me to see the attendant at the top of the hill to get scheduled for a wash and interior cleaning. Fine even though there were no signs to direct you through this process. He told me to “hussle up” because they were closing soon mind you 6 pm was their close and I was there closer to 515, almost a full 45 minutes before their shift was over. I paid 35 dollars for an ‘ultimate’ wash and interior detailing. I got the car wash and pulled around for the interior detailing. I had a few things in my car from work. I asked if I could move them to the trunk to make it easier for the workers. The grumpy middle aged man said well you know it’s your car do whatever you think is necessary. I moved my stuff to the trunk and handed him my keys. He was annoyed I moved everything and was throwing his hands up in disbelieve. I had a small garbage bag around my gear shift and he asked me if this was trash. I acknowledged yes but he threw out everything in my front passenger seats floor including an item in. A separate bag I was planning on returning. Fine whatever a little miscommunication. The young kids start to clean my car. I overhear the cashier and employees from the oil change department go to the grumpy man oh just a few more minutes and you’ll be out of here. They finish my car and it takes a good 7 minutes for the grumpy man to acknowledge me and say my car is ready. I go outside and get into my car. They never removed the mats and swept underneath, the small storage area was never wiped down and the cup holders were still dirty. As I was looking at everything and assessing I see the grumpy man get to his car and leave it was only 550 and there was still time on his shift!!!!. I will be calling for a refund on Saturday and hope this will be resolved. I will not be giving a referral to this place to the hundred’s of people I treat a weekServices: Auto detailing
