Physical Therapy Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy is a mechanical approach to restore balance to the human body through mobilizations, range of motion, strengthening and postural re-education. Our main emphasis is to relieve pain through a PREP (Pain Relief Exercise Program) and to prevent re-injury through patient education, functional activities and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) modification.
Massage Therapy - Therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, Sports massage. Movement Therapy, and Advanced Stretching Techniques are utilized to relieve and decrease involuntary muscle spasm, contractions, and edema and to to increase blood and lymphatic flow to speed soft tissue healing and facilitate increased pain free range of motion.
