We are a food truck coming soon to the the greater Skagit Valley! Catherine, our founder, was born and raised in Alaska, a miner's daughter. Most of our dishes are inspired by her mining background, Italian heritage and culinary passion. We specialize in baked beans, gourmet hash, stuffed sourdough bread, fresh seasonal salmon, plus many other creative and delicious, gold-rush inspired dishes. We use fresh local Northwest ingredients.
