Hybrid Circuit Training and DVRT (Dynamic Variable Resistance Training) classes are Monday thru Saturday from 6:00am to 7:00am. Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30am to 9:30am. Monday thru Friday from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 11am. TRX classes are at MB Fitness Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30am to 11:30am.
