The dude that beat my mom was let go because "he lives here " is what the oroville police said. Then he cut the securtiy cameras 7 days later for whatever reason and the oroville police department refuses to let me or my mother press charges. This police department is a joke, they give me false information saying someone is a sargent when they are not. They refuse to let you make a complaint agenst them. They choose if you talk to their supervisor or not.they dont have an internal affairs governing them and its unjust. One cop stormed twords my wife because she called him rude when he arrested me. That same officer grabed the door handle of my mothers door and proceeded to say " you think this is going to keep me out" newho ive called three days ago to talk to a sargent they still havent contackted me. I called today to talk to a sargent but the disbatch wemon told me that it's up to the sargent if i get to talk to the lutenit.

Guess Burglary is a civil matter. When cutting locks and busting door nobs and stealing things out of the residence with a witness across the road is a civil suit. But then again on another incident were the burglars where being videod are still out there doing what they want. Not enough detectives to many cases yet thieves are not behind bars. Police only want to deal with physcal crimes. We wonder why our community and public parks are not safe well our police department wont arrest people for burglary so they believe they can still do it and get away with it and guess what they can! If they wont arrest them or have charges against them why would they stop?
