Volunteers working together to support Oroville Hospital, its staff, its patients and guests who come through its doors.
The Auxiliary of Oroville Hospital was formed on November 11, 1967. It started with approximately 35 members, and Margaret Baker was elected the first president. The Oroville Junior Women's Club was instrumental in starting the Auxiliary. Most of the Charter Members were from that group making donations to help start the organization. Over the years the Auxiliary has continued to expand to other areas of service.
The mission of this Auxiliary is to fully support the programs and policies of Oroville Hospital by dedicated people working voluntarily for the welfare of the hospital, its visitors, and the surrounding community.
