Pre-op discussions were simple, clear, easy to understand and reassuring. Surgery day went off like clockwork. Staff couldn't have been more professional and friendly. My recovery from shoulder surgery is going so well due to Dr. Hartman’s amazing skills. I’ve had other surgeries by Dr. Hartman in the past and feel he is the best hand and shoulder orthopedic surgeon in North County. In addition, the office staff is very friendly and professional.
Was very much looking forward to getting Dr. Hartman’s opinion on my shoulder issues. Unfortunately I sat in a medical room for an hour and twenty minutes. My appointment was at 2pm and I walked out of the office at 3:20pm. I completely support spending more time with you patients and giving them the care and attention they deserve. But leaving a patient waiting for nearly 90mins in your office and getting paid for it is ridiculous.
Dr.grant seiden has to be one of the greatest out there amongst all he’s very professional makes you feel important and explains step by step hands down if you need surgery please take the time to book with him you can’t go wrong in any way my personal feelings as I have went through a surgical procedure with him and his team good stuff 5 star best believe it……
Amazing doctor. I fractured my wrist and had went to another doctor who ended up doing nothing but scaring me and wasting my time. Dr. Seiden was able To get me in and calm my nerves while also being upfront and honest. The surgery went amazing and I healed very quickly. I am almost 100% just 8 weeks later. Thank you Dr. Seiden for making one of the worst times of my life better!
The staff is excellent! Great service and Dr. Bobick really listened to my concerns and explained everything and all the different kinds of procedures that I could try. In the end he performed my bunion surgery and I was very pleased with the outcome
At my first visit Dr. Kane breezed into the room, asked a few questions, started dictating the visit and walked out. He never touched my knee. MRI was scheduled - at my next appointment he told me what it showed but never showed the MRI to me. We planned for surgery. It felt like he gave me only as much info and time as he HAD to, showed no compassion, had no bedside manner, did not ask if I had questions about surgery and gave me no pre and post op info. I had difficulty getting in touch with his MA with questions I had. No one ever mentioned which meds to stop before surgery. Nada. I was given 3/4 of the post op test info less one of the mandatory forms. Since Dr. Kane didn't give me time to ask questions at my visit, I asked the office to have him please call me. He NEVER called. At 4:56 pm the day before my "supposed surgery" I rec'd a call saying "no surgery" - all forms are not in! No lie! After not feeling confident with Dr. Kane I cancelled and found a new orthopedic.
Dr Cooperman was very friendly and personable. He took time to discuss my mother's condition and options with him. He didn't rush us and truly seemed concerned about her situation. We were both very impressed and if she decides on surgery down the road, she will definitely want him to do it.
Dr. Curry is friendly and has a great bedside manner. I see him in the office for my hip and back. I never have to wait long. He has treated me extremely well in the years I’ve been seeing him.
Had a very positive experience both times I visited. Getting through on the phone to get an appointment was a little tricky, but at the office I was in and out of there in no time. Dr. Seiden was very pleasant.
