Had a great experience from the first appointment all the way to surgery day and now in therapy. Dr. Shemory is great to work with and you can tell he cares about his patients. Everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful and they all care about taking great care of each patient. I am very happy with my choice to have my surgery with orthopedic one.
I am very pleased with Dr Gaines & his staff-Jaime & Casey who answered my calls quickly, after I had an allergic reaction to the Tegaderm that was used to protect the incision-over my new knee. The CPM machine & ice water machine that he ordered was truly a blessing; helped my recovery process immensely. Dr Gaines explained everything thoroughly to me about my new knee and I am grateful to him and his staff for my care.
Very good communication all around. My therapyst, Douglass, listens to my concerns and recommends exercises that we both feel are beneficial. Very professional.
Dr Hannallah and the entire team at Ortho One has been fantastic. 10 days post op after an L2-L5 spinal fusion and I'm already walking 2.5 miles per day. I felt like I was in good hands from my first appointment. Thank you to everyone for the care and compassion.

They are the best I've had both knees replaced and I highly recommend Dr Strven Gaines he really does his job. Well and he makes sure you are ok and getting what you need with equipment and the medication! I am so pleased with both of my knee surgeries! Friendly staff and the therapist are good. Home therapist and at the facility really help you get back on your feet and make you feel good! Highly recommend the dr and the therapy team!
I am currently under Dr. Dimitris care, and I have had two should surgeries with Dr. Backes. The therapist Rob was amazing and was extremely helpful and always took the time to demonstrate home exercises. I will be starting hand therapy soon and I’m positive I will have the same experience. I have already suggested Ortho One to some family members. Great care and great facility.
The staff was amazing! Glema was the first smiling face I saw, Rikki made the experience wonderful during my intake by listening to my long story of my history with my knee. Noelle was quick and so kind with assisting with my xrays, and Dr. Wetzel was a pleasure and really listened to my concerns and advised me on the future of my knee. We were able to get a plan in action. Angela was able to schedule me quickly and directed me to go downstairs to PT to schedule. The visit was a great first experience and I am excited to move ahead with surgery. PT- Pre Op was very insightful PT- post op, Derek is pushing and encouraging me. It is BRUTAL, but excited to see where we will be several weeks post op.
I'm happy with this place and friends of mine who have come to this place gave it a good report. Therapist are liked. Thank you one and all.
Very good place I had to have acl among other things wrong with the knee but the doctors staff and pt awesome they are patient with you very helpful I hope I don’t have to go through this again but if I do this will definitely be the place I go
