We are a dynamic orthopedic and sports medicine company with highly differentiated, innovative technology selling a full line of disposable products into the Operating Room of the hospital. Conducting sales calls to prospective and existing customers – primarily orthopedic surgeons and other clinical decision makers. Set up cases and provide training to orthopedic and sports medicine surgeons as well as operating room personnel.

The Sales Associate will be primarily responsible for preparing for all aspects of full-line Sales Representative accountabilities. You will achieve this by increasing sales through assisting the sales teams and building your own accounts by working existing customers as well as identifying new customers to grow their territory. This Associate will learn or hone selling skills and processes from the coaching/mentoring support of Sales Representatives and Managers.
Previous implant sales experience selling to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine etc a plus, though not required.
BA or BS in Business/Marketing or Biological/Physiological Sciences. 3-5 year minimum medical /surgical track record with excellent results. High sales achiever with documentation of success. Strong outside b2b sale experience (Pitney Bowes, ADP, Xerox, Cintas) with documented results. Strong familiarity and comfort with surgical environment and /or experience in surgical sales. Can achieve and maintain a high degree of technical proficiency. High energy, Self-Starter, highly self-motivated. Strong work ethic and organizational skills. Great people skills, Relationship builder personality. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong negotiation & closing ability. Clean driving record, pass background check and drug test.
