UPDATE: The hygienist Oscar did a wonderful work cleaning my teeth and giving me advice. It was actually my first time where a hygenist applied numb cream on the gums to be more comfortable. That was a plus. Well, the reviews here are so terrible that I was afraid to go to this facility, but my experience was goodso far. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were great and Dr. Mirna Rezkalla treated me very nice. I still have to go to another appointment for cleaning and I will update my review as well.
Every time I try to call, to make an appointment for my child, I pressed one for English. After that I get a little bit of English and then something in Spanish and then somebody in English asking me if I'm still there. I have no idea what it's saying I hit English for a reason. It continues to speak in Spanish no matter what number I hit. Nobody picks up their phones.
Ridiculous wait time and the Dr barely spent 5 mins with my twins. Never coming back to this location. They also stalk you with text and calls after you already confirm and register, so unprofessional.
Do not send your children here! Even when you do get an appointment you would expect for them to schedule your follow up appointments right then and there. But this is the first dentist I have been to that tells you they cannot schedule you due to no available appointments. They tell you to call back to schedule. Mind you their phones are ALWAYS high call volume so just calling back is impossible due to that. The average person works so we don’t have time to play phone games! They need to re-evaluate their scheduling process ASAP. Because my children need to be seen and I can’t even get an appointment because they are always booked up and they tell you to call back on a Monday when their schedule opens and guess what just to be told the same thing again. You may have to drive further to another dentist but that is what I’m going to do because I refuse to continue dealing with this foolishness. This is not acceptable. Please beware.
It was a terrible and unprofessional service. The staff was fine, but the dentist, Matthew Lopez, after examining my wife’s broken/cracked tooth and hearing from her complains about having a sharp pain, said that the tooth needs to be removed, BUT they don’t have time for that because there are other patients waiting. REALLY? In other words, he just refused to do his job, help his patients. A very interesting things is that we made an appointment to be seen a few days ahead of time. Although we were mad, we tried to understand the situation and be respectful, we asked when he could take care of it, and the answer finally blew us up, “somewhere at the beginning of the November”, they said. INSANE. We are super upset and will never go back and suggest everyone who is reading to AVOID GOING THERE. Stay healthy!
The worst! I’ve been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for the past 4 months They say call Monday, you call Monday and they answer after a whole hour of waiting just to tell you the calendar for the week is booked to try again next Monday, to then tell you the same thing when you call the next Monday. Tried to go in to make it in person and they don’t make appointments in person- just by phone. It’s ridiculous!
Staff for dental is always nice to me. If any reviews are from the dentist dr henniger and it’s a bad review it’s because they didn’t agree with what was said about their treatment and obviously think they’re their own dentist like many that I know. Listen to what the provider has to say. Anyways. I always enjoy coming to the intercession location. Thank you Dr
Horrible Denist mirna tryed filling my 7 year old tooth with out numbing and the appointments are horrible takes too long to get in also they’ll send you 900 hundred emails n text about you appointments but when they cancel with no notice horrible place and the only reason why I still go there is because it’s the only place my insurance takes
Was able to set up my aunt who lost insurance and her job at Disney during Covid. She was able to see Dr. Byerly who was attentive and quick. Met all her needs and she is now an established patient
I've reported this wretched place since I've visited the office, called, and requested several appointments by website form and since March or April I still cannot get an appointment and this is the only place that accepts my insurance. I will keep reporting them maybe they should have new management! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
