Osceola Stadium is a beautiful place to meet with family and friends for a night of baseball. Parking was easy and well organized. Overall the drinks and food were affordable... we'd recommend the "crazy chips" sold near the park entrance. If you're looking for an evening of fun away from the parks with a home town feel, what could be better than baseball!
Went to two games here to catch the Braves affiliate recently. The stadium is really dated with no bells and whistles you get from newer venues. I guess the Braves don't want to put a lot of resources into a place they are just staying in a few seasons while they work out an arrangement with North Port and move the team there. Parking was plentiful as there wasn't a lot of fans which is a shame given that they have a good team who most of them were on the Rome Braves Championship team last year. I wasn't impressed with the stadiums I visited in the Florida League in general so this is par for the course. Consessions were very limited and subpar for modern stadiums. It was akin to a middle or high school event consession stand. I don't understand why the Braves didn't use Champions Stadium in Orlando where they play their spring training games which is a lot nicer venue instead of Osceola County Stadium for the Fire Frogs and let the Gulf Coast League Braves play either there too or GCL Braves play at Osceola County Stadium? Makes no sense to me. All in all just a forgettable baseball experience for me except for seeing the good players they have play baseball. No game day experience here.
Great place for baseball! Easy to park, beautiful stadium and secondary fields. Aside from the lack of toilet paper this place is awesome!
Good place to watch a ballgame. Great sightlines. But don't go to day games. Hardly any shade. You"'ll fry with all the concrete and dark colored seats. Concessions are poor. Poor variety of choices. MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH!!! Concessions and parking charge $1 to use debit/credit cards every time. No ATM available either
Nice place to go watch a game with plenty of parking..
Went with my husband and two daughters, age 10 and 8, to our first Fire Frogs game today. Fire Frogs vs. Hammerheads. It was a fun family outing and we'll probably do this again in the near future.
This was a fun day of baseball. Food prices are not outrageous most all seats really help you stay focused on the game.
My son got tickets for a First Responders Night and asked if I'd want to go. The stadium was easy to get to, although charging to park in the grass was a little much. The stadium was clean, the food was good and the entertainment was good. With five or six thousand seats, there are no bad seats.
I went to watch a game on a promo night during this past summer. Excellent atmosphere, great crowd, and nice beer prices. Perfect place to go with the family for a baseball game. The restrooms are also clean. Parking is easy, and tickets are cheap. I would recommend this venue to anyone visiting.
Great place for soccer game. Clean restrooms
