Osceola School District Transportation

Very disappointed in Osceola county school’s transportation. I understand we have a bus shortage but a no call and no showing up to a bus stop that has 8 students waiting for over 2 hours is unacceptable. Shame on you! I called several times to find out exactly what happened to the bus only to be hung up on 2 times after waiting for a long period and put on hold for over 10 minutes 3 times after that. The last call I made the lady said that I should have called when the bus was in route before it passed them because they had a substitute bus driver that skipped their stop. Seriously!! This is for NPMS bus route 208E. Pay the bus drivers more and please make phone calls to us parents that need to know what is happening so we know exactly where are kids are!!!!! This school year has been a nightmare with bus transportation! SMH!!

Worse service ever!!! I wish i never had to deal with them. The department that answers the phones are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Janice should get re-educated! Pay for private transport if you can afford and avoid this free service at all cost!

Your bus transportation sucks your rude to people and you favor the bus drivers who do wrong instead of children

Public schools dont even send buses to pick up your kids. It feels wonderful knowing your property taxes go to provide no services whatsoever. Buses can be HOURS late. You'll call the school and they'll tell you to talk to transportation services, and they'll just shrug and say the bus is "late", then you'll wait at the bus stop for 2 hours and realize the bus is never coming.

First i will truly like to thank two employees who go above for their routes and show so much love and dedication for the safety of their students. Route#213 Driver "Wilfredo Acevedo" and the Sub Attendant "Jessica Velez Sepulveda" for always making sure my daughter who is wheelchair access so much love, support, and comfort for her everyday ride to and from school. They know how to connect so well with their students and bring out smiles from them all. Just watching them laugh and get along brings me comfort and peace. I will truly hate to lose you both next year. I have been on this route for three years and these two by far have been the best who made me feel safe with leaving my daughter and son in their care to safely get them to and from school everyday safe and happy. Thank you Wilfredo and Jessica for such an amazing year as our bus driver and sub attendant. We are grateful to have met you both and being able to see your dedications in the job you signed up to do and keeping all our children safe this full year. Never had them miss a day and never late. Thank you ROUTE#213 YOU ARE THE BEST!

This year has been the worst. Can’t get a hold of them to call to know if the bus will be late so parents can make arrangements to pick their kids. My kid had had to wait more than one hour in the bus stop 13 times this year not making it 1st period class meaning losing school time and more than 1hour after school too. Gotta know most parents have to work too.

Disgusting Customer Service. Received a phone call while I was at work asking that I get down from my car to get my children. That is not a problem. However, this person named Julie Julie Lesniak I believe is her full name proceeded to talk down to me over the phone. Even after me saying that it wasn't a problem she proceeded to threaten me with camera footage of me being in my car. Infant. Needless to say they need customer service training. Especially considering the fact that we as parents have been more than patient while enduring our children being hours late for months. Causing all of us to be late for our jobs. Not to mention the fact that the bus at times wouldn't even arrive. Part of the reason most of us stay in our vehicles. Julie I hope you get the training you so desperately need dear.

The lady at front desk is very rude and dismissive when asking about safety concern when dropping off a 6 year old without a parent at the bus stop. “ I only work at the front desk you can google the number for department of transportation “ I just needed clarification because because it was the first time my daughter ride the bus and we had the wrong time.

So, they're school buses just missing entire communities now??!! Great first day...my daughter will be probably miss 1st period PHS. I get that they are short on drivers as always but they have time to practice routes and get things right. This is ridiculous

I have tried contacting them to make a complaint but now that I have made 1 complaint they seem to pass me around and never return my call. My kids have been left at school for over a hr after school gets out and also have been left before school because the bus driver makes her own schedule I assume. I have left work on several accounts just to get my kids picked up.. maybe it's time to switch this driver because we have never had this problem until this new driver took over this year
