Whatever you go in for, if you have a prior existing condition on your chart that's what they'll say the problem is coming from dimissing any other possibilities. Notes will not reflect what you express and will have errors due to their lack of attention or interest. I went in for injuries I was worried about from a car accident and they said it was my medical condition I've had for 30 years and dismissed me so he could get out as soon as possible. He came into my room with a dominating presence and stood looking down on me for our entire conversation while I was sitting. While I was waiting for papers I had to use the restroom and I saw Dr. Lindbom blatantly playing a game on his phone with his feet up in a chair. I have had multiple family members and friends tell me of similar experiences and no resolution of what they went in for.

Who really likes going to a hospital/Dr office? Just had to run in to Dr office to pick up something for my father. 2 ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. Went into the gift shop and gander around a minute, and the lady that was working/volunteering was a sweetheart.

My nurses that I had were absolutely wonderful. They were very caring. The Doctor wasn't super friendly, but he did his job and I'm grateful to him for that.

On November 22nd 2021 I was wasn't home at the that my fiance have falling three times. I had to call 911 for a ambulance. They took him to St, Luke Hospital in Kewanee Illinois. The doctor who tending to Jorge at the Emergency told him there was not anything wrong that he couldn't find anything. Called his primary and she wanted him to come into her clinic to see her. She found a bad right ear infection and his left ear did to not as bad as the right. The blood work from the hospital said that he is anemic. There is a condition that deals with his bronco to make hard for him to breath. The doctor at the st,Luke Hospital stayed that he just having a anxiety attack. Jorge complained on how his ear felt and his chest and his breathing. He stayed nothing wrong. I am very happy that I took him to his primary doctor found on what is going with him. Who ever that doctor is that took tending to Jorge at the hospital needs to be fired and never work at anither hospital.

My wife had an appointment with the pain clinic for 2 months. A couple days before we were notified that the shots were not preapproved. Someone dropped the ball on this one . I have made several calls and finally found out whoever gives the shots is the one who needs to get the preapproval. Now she has to wait another month before she can get any relief from the pain she is in all the time 24/7. Needless to say we are not happy at all. I hope no one else has to go thru this. I'm here in the emergency room waiting to be transferred to st Mary's for the 2 day.I ask to order dinner this evening at 4:50 the nurse came to my room said the kitchen closed early this was at 6:40....So I called the hospital directly and ask to speak to a supervisor they said there is none on duty so who is responsible for not feeding the patients in the emergency room today someone neglected to do their job clearly when the order was placed not by 1 patient but 2 I was told

My doctor is usually in Peoria but found out he sees patients here in Kewanee, this is so much closer to home. Easy to find, friendly staff at the Clinic and helpful staff in the hospital. Already booked my next appointment.

I've always had great service and care at Kewanee Hospital, I had two c-section deliveries, numerous lab workuos, and a trip to the ER at midnight with fears of a heart attack, which turned out to be pluerisy. They were always kind and thorough.

Uneducated and rude. Told me my hand wasn’t broken, went to a different hospital and had surgery the next way and had to have pins. Unorganized, tried going for physical therapy and got treated horribly, told I didn’t have proper refferals and so on and so on and then got told at the end before I decided to stop trying that I’ve been no show for my appointments. Horrible place I don’t trust any of them.
