Very professional and caring. Assisted me with procedures that enabled me to have a normal life. My pain is much more tolerable. I’m able to work full time in a challenging environment. Great credit goes to Dr. Naour and his wonderful team.
I had test done for my hip and back a week before Christmas and they said i will have my results in a few days. Well 3 weeks later they finally called and left a voicemail and the nurse was very rude and said my test came back normal and that i should contact my dr and go else where for more testing. Im in so much pain all day every day and there is nothing they can do for me. Something is seriously wrong i shouldnt be in pain like this and now i can barley walk. I just want answers and to find out why im in so much pain. I cant even chase my kids and play with them cause of the pain and some days its like im paralyzed.
Be aware of the fact that OSF will charge you a "facility fee" along with the physician fee for your appointment. Mine amounted to an additional $240 to my deductible along with the fee for the visit. Shame on you OSF. This is an OFFICE, not a surgery center. I did not have a procedure...just an office visit. By the way, the office visit was coded a level 4 and I was seen by the physician for 10 minutes. So dishonest.
My mother goes here. They are great at treating pain. The doctors and nurses are extremely nice.
