Good Chicken Tenders! From what it looked like, this place is a Shake Shack copy. They advertise their burgers and custard, but just like a Shake Shack in that department they are disappointing and overpriced. This is Wisconsin, we have Culver's. If you want a good burger or custard, go there. If this place wants to survive, they should focus on their other items. I got a chicken tender set with fries and a pickle for just over $8. The price is similar to what you'd pay at a pub, but the quality was just as good. Three chicken tenders were big enough to save one for later along with a few fries. I prefer Culver's fries better, but these were good for their type. The wait at the drive through was about 10 minutes after I ordered, so it's not quite fast. But I enjoyed eating like I was at a pub without having to get out of my car on this rainy day. The staff seemed friendly enough, and my meal was very neat. I missed out on the "great atmosphere" inside, but personally I don't get the appeal of cold industrial decor for a place to relax and eat.

Easily one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a while. Food came out quick. They have the palest tomatoes I have ever seen in my life. The bacon on my delux grilled cheese looked like it was microwaved for 30 on high. For the prices they want I would expect more from the food however it appears we are paying for the atmosphere..

Not very good, the ice cream is good. Italian beef sandwich was possibly the worst I have ever had. So dry, peppers were raw. Kids meal was good. First time here and the last.

Wow..what a disappointment. They have had a hard fall from greatness. I order the Holy cow burger...wow this burger was such a late down, the party is the size of a McDonald's Patty. The burger was bland and the huge onion ring was purposeless, as well as, the uninspiring bacon. It seem like the patty was under down cause it was cold in the middle. At least the fries were good and the bacon was crispy. Hopefully they will be better next time. It must of been close to closing time.

Place is over priced, burger was bland, and the nastiest strawberry shake I have ever had. It wasn't even the right texture. It was warm and still didn't melt it was like they gave me red goop the color of raspberries. Been sitting on my desk at work for 30 minutes and still in the same gross form I bought it in reminds me of warm yogurt...doesn't custard melt???

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich and get to the table and I’m informed that they are all out of chicken. It’s lunch and you are out of chicken? Besides that the environment isn’t overly friendly but the food was good. I will go again to give it another shot.

Delicious custard probably the creamiest I have ever tasted. The Turkey burger and veggie burger are delicious as well but I have noticed they are not consistent with the toppings each time we go. Not sure if they run out of stuff and just dont inform you? Would not recommend the Chicago style hot dog as it is way too small for the price. The inside is very nice and we have enjoyed sitting on their big comfy couches. I would love to see them expand their menu and also use a different container when requesting a burger with no bun as the huge container left my small burger sliding all over the place.

Had a good lunch here. Great tasting burger and onion rings. All were hot and fresh. Got about 7 or 8 large rings that were cooked perfectly. The brioche buns on the burgers are a nice touch. With a drink it was about $11.50 for my meal. Service was fast and restaurant was clean.

Good food and plenty of options! The atmosphere is very trendy, clean, and modern. The burger prices are not bad, but they don't include a side therefore, if you are hungry, then you might end up paying a little bit more. Their custard is amazing!!!!

I want to love this place - great burger and crispy chicken sandwiches, and tots are always good. However, the past two trips have resulted in a 20+minute wait in drive thru line. While the food was hot and the staff was perfectly friendly they didn’t offer any acknowledgement of the delay. When I said “I appreciate that it’s now your fault, but I’ve been waiting 22minutes” a very meek “sorry” was offered.
