Was pleasantly welcomed, efficiently checked in. Didn't wait only a few minutes. Everyone answered questions, nurse was very efficient and pleasant. The doctor came in promptly, explained procedure, and asked if any questions. After she completed she talked with me about alternatives if this didn't work. Whole visit was less than 40 minutes.
Very nice people, very professional. Took X-ray immediately, got results within minutes. Doctor was outstanding. What a relief to know only small bone broke in ankle, thought it worse. I will go again because they have walk- in. Thanks.
I have not tried the prescription as of yet, but as per the Facility & Cleanliness , Staff Professionalism, , Appointment reminders..and to Top it Off, A Knowledgeable, Caring , Field & Academically Educated Specialist.. who hears you , by responding with factual hope.. no matter the journey it takes to get there. I've looked for help for years and now I believe I won't go it alone anymore . I have others who are delving into the complexity of my case to give me the best chance at quality of life regardless of the outcome. Ty Ck OSMC Goshen, Dr. Annis
I love the staff at OSMC. They always greet me with a friendly greeting. The doctors are phenomenal! They really go out of their way to help the patients in every way possible. I wouldn't go any where else.
The staffs are great. I wish they wore name tags. At reception, and moving along, they don’t give their names, no proper introduction, so we can call them by name. Relationship building, people!
Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Quickly roomed and information verified. Physician in room before i could open my phone. Felt secure in diagnosis. Dicussed treatment options. Treatment decided and completed quickly as well. So glad I chose this office!
As usual I received top notch care for reasonable pricing. I can not overstate just how excellent Dr. Annise is at answering questions & sharing thoughts on a variety of health related subjects. He is always engaging with genuine interest & never in a hurry. In my 43 years he is without question the best doctor I have ever had. It isn't just business at OSMC.. with him you can tell he loves what he does & he CARES about his patients.. If you are searching for a doctor in his field then you've found the best out there. Trust me.
From my arrival through my departure, I was treated with courtesy, respect, professionalism and kindness! Hugh shout out to Stephanie Gillett and Dr. Cullen for their over and beyond amazing attention and care!!! Thank Y'all for always taking fantastic care of me!!
Today I had bilateral knee injections. The injections given were so well done with minimal pain! I also appreciated the doctor addressing her concerns for my spouse. He was very receptive of the additional education I was given by Dr. Cullen post total hip replacement research based follow up testing. My spouse read the pamphlets and we discussed what was learned. As we continued to forge forward through recovery there are actions we can implement to gain better balance and posture when walking around the home and outside safely. Thank you Dr. Cullin and staff for reaching out and educating us.
I saw Dr. Schramm about my hands. I have arthritis in both hands and at times I experienced so much pain. This was my second visit to see him. He patiently explained my options, non surgical and possible surgery. He gave me an injection in my left hand. I’m experiencing less pain now.
