Sad to report such poor care from medical records, care, follow ups and financial operations. 1. Doctor never entered any medical information, diagnosis or written history in patient portal Akumin. Nor does he manage Office operations as clearly disorganized. 2. Constantly and repeated phone calls to office for medical requests, proper care yet getting ignored makes this practice not recommendable. 3. If a doctor is lazy enough to not want to handle patient care, why run a medical business. 4. The staff barely gets trained properly, causing inaccurate data entered in the system and or medical information missing/incomplete
Most amazing place. All the staff members are so friendly. Doc is by far the best. He is so polite with good beside manners. He listens to any concerns. My neck pain is much better since attending.
Dr. Gardere is the absolute best! The office is beautiful, and the staff is top notch!
The office is amazing truly beautiful like an art exhibit. The staff is upbeat & friendly which makes it very comfortable. Dr.Gardere, Dr.Goodman, & Dr.Newman are incredible. Very informative & caring to my needs. The IV therapy was extremely helpful. A great boost after a long work week. I've recommended this to everyone I know & will continue to do so!
I’ve been using Dr Serge Gardere as my doctor for a few years now and I am very satisfied. Dr Gardere is very knowledgeable and professional and treats his patients with respect and listens. Dr Gardere goes over and above to make sure his patients are well taken care of...I’m sure he’ll be my physician for a very long time. OMAC in Wilton Manors is a very nice and clean facility to visit and now Dr Gardere has opened another office in Hollywood and both facilities take the proper precautions to keep their patients safe during this Covid crisis. There’s no one I trust more than Dr Gardere for all my medical needs
Dr Gardere is an exceptional, great and caring doctor. It is rare to find an Osteopath that offers his type of care. Through his Osteopathic Manipulative Treatments, neck pain no longer disturbs my sleep, and my neck is continuing to improve. His staff is super friendly, and the appointments are punctual.
I have been going to OMAC now for a few years. Dr. Gerdere started as my doctor for adjustments but because he takes so much care and time, he has now also become my primary care doctor. I think he is terrific!!
I want to say that Dr. Gardere and his team are like no other. Here is a doctor who actually cares, listens and follows up to make sure you’re doing well. Apart from a general practitioner, the IV infusions his office supplies are phenomenal especially during the Covid situation. The fact that they run everything through my insurance makes it even better and one of the reasons I go twice a week to get my vitamin infusion and hydrogen peroxide infusion. Julie is on target working the front desk, Dr. Goodman in knowing and mixing the right vitamins and minerals for the IV bags and Bianca at getting the IV in my arm right the first time because I hate needles. They even give me drops to help stop my anxiety cause I wouldn’t be able to do the IVs without it. Thank You!!! Xoxo
I am absolutely disgusted by the way Julie hung up the phone on me multiple times. Its extremely unprofessional, I simply asked for direction to the office and she added no value. I can't believe she's the representation of this office.
Julie at the front office is extremely kind and courteous, and Dr. Gardere is very skilled and took his time to give me exceptional care. Very grateful for this office.
