Nice folks. Not creepy as you might expect. Helpful not pushy. Good selection of models.
Shawn and Todd were wonderful to me at the worst time of my life. I had a lot of questions and didn't really know what I wanted or even what was available. They listened to me and gave me ideas. I made several visits trying to decide. I now have a beautiful, unique and very special headstone. They are professional and the finished result was of the highest quality. My Family and I purchased my fathers headstone back in early part of 2014. when my father was buried in May of 2014 his wishes were to have 4 markers on his grave sight. When the stone was put in the markers were not. I called and was told they would be done shortly as they were behind in orders. Months went by still no markers. Called again got some other excuse. Told Shawn/Todd I wanted them in ground before winter. Waited a few more months called again still no markers. Oh I am sure he delivered them to cemetery, called cemetery no markers. Now its winter and I called to complain as I have called several times and they told me. "Oh sorry no excuse as to why could not get done." Could not give me a valid excuse. Then tried to brush off that its an old thing anyway hardly anyone does anymore. I told them you just give me flat out terrible service you know it I know it and you obviously don't care. And I was brushed off by Shawn with a smug "well you have a nice day." Very poor service for a long standing company. I would not go with them again as they lie to you and do not care and then blow you off. Cannot be trusted. Terrible service with no valid excuses.
Our family has been doing business Shawn for several generations now. He makes a hard subject just a little easier to get through.
I plan to visit Shawn because of his selflessness. He is paying to fix very old headstones that vandals destroyed. People helping people! Pay it forward!
They handled my mother-in-laws monument and did a great job. The monument was affordable and they worked with us on the design. I would definitely recommend them.
Amazing people !! They were very kind and caring. They followed the resquest we asked, and did an amazing job doing it.
