This organization helped my mother and grandmother tremendously. A+ organization

asked for help with finding a place with my disabilities and my son's and we came in for an interview and was being told they would help. Got home and I received a phone call saying we didn't qualify, and sorry they made a mistake so hope we could find someone to help us. I suffer from psds and anxiety problem along with a broke back, serve arthritis, and other medical problems. They did nothing to help.... I also use their transportation to get me to local dr. appointments and I have asked them every time to send a van verses a bus cause of my medical problems, only once have I received what I asked for. They have parties at the communities cost, but they say they help people I only see them helping themselves.

Helpful staff. Just make sure you know why you're there, they have alot of stuff to do and can't be hunting down people to help you figure out things because you have no idea why you were told to go there.

Great organization, and fantastic employees. Everyone goes above and beyond to help people.

Helping people who need it the most and have fallen through the cracks. Don't let someone abuse you or your children get help from OCO
