Otay Lakes Lodge Mobile Home Park

55 plus mobile home park located in Chula Vista close to the 125. Very quiet and safe. They even have security guards patrolling at nighttime. They have a big clubhouse, billiards room, 2 laundry rooms and a swimming pool. They also have 2 areas where residents can keep their RVs.

Well maintained mobile home park and safe for seniors. Update 7/12/22 Park still looks fantastic you can tell the property managers really take pride in their work. I visit regularly family members and notice the club house, pool and grounds receive top notch care. Just remember to follow the speed limit and wave at the friendly residents as they drive by. A great choice for the 55+ crowd.

I moved here to help take care of my sister. She has multiple health issues and hasn't been able to take care of the home maintenance or much of anything for some time now. This mobile home park is a friendly place to live and it is nicely maintained.

It's so clean you could almost eat off the ground the pool is spotless manager is great they just went solar great area to walk you dogs but there are foxes that do come thru and look for food also the park is the best in Chula Vista as far as I'm concerned

First it seemed really cool place, Manager was cool at first, but his true colors are coming out.... wannabe sheriff

Very nice clean and quiet park nice area close to eastlake area you got a vons and a great vet there in eastlake your close to southwestern college and jack in the box

lived here for 6 years now and love it i didnt think i would with homes being so close together but as a senior its a sense of belonging

Nice and clean park. The areas is very nice and the residents keep it clean.
