Ok so I was skeptical about booking with a travel agent. I’d never done it before and I didn’t really know how they operated. My friend gave me Otilia’s # so I decided to give it a try. I gave her 2 places I was interested in, my dates and my budget. She gave me several options and made it so easy. Seriously, the work she put into the itinerary was amazing. She booked air travel, hotels, some dinners, tours of cathedrals, a winery, train tickets and other stuff. It made our trip to Spain effortless. Don’t second guess yourself, if you’re looking for a stress free way of traveling, give Otilia a call. If you see this, Thank you Otilia!

Best travel advisor , always makes sure you’re in good hands from beginning of your trip to the end. Travels often herself so makes sure you are going to one of the best places! Professional, caring , and great person to work with . She’s also bilingual which helps when communicating with resorts in Mexico destinations ! Otilia did an outstanding job she helped me plan me and my girlfriend’s 8 year anniversary trip to San Diego and it was amazing! She was super helpful.

Ophelia was not able to help me with my request. But wonderfully she took my number and was going to refer me to someone who might be able to help. What wonderful service!!

I originally was a little hesitant to book with Otilia because I had a travel agent already but heard great things about Oti’s Travels and decided to give her a try. I’m so glad I did, the service and detail was superb. I kept telling Otilia several times “I feel like I know you “ because I felt I was talking to a friend. Otilia made me feel so comfortable and she answered all my questions regarding my trip and because of her overall experience I had a successful trip!

Otilia went far and beyond to help me in the travel needs I was looking for. Went the extra mile as you can and I can't stress that enough. I would recommend her 100% I experienced it myself on the trip to Cancun. Very fluent in English and Spanish. Very, very help and answers the calls, or calls back right away, on any questions needed before and during the trip. Very helpful with budget, time, comfort, and advice on vacations trips.

Otilia is Awesome !  Not only did she save us on our vacation but she made sure to make it special went above and beyond to make sure we were happy will definitely use them again for our next trip

Where do I start? Otilia is just amazing! From the time she booked our flights,  hotel accommodations,  check in of bags to the time we met up with her for dinner.  She went out of her way to decorate the restaurant with leis since our trip was to Hawaii. She even printed our flight information. She handled a group of 15 in a professional manner and made sure there were no questions unanswered.  The airline even moved our seats and she managed to call United Airlines and get 3 consecutive seats for my husband, daughter and myself. Thank you for going the extra mile, Otilia.   Don't hesitate to call Oti's Travels.  She won't disappoint.
