Spoke to one of OGC's associates, service was much better. I really appreciate that he took the time to listen to my requirements and ask the right questions. So now the next step is for them to meet to discuss the project. They seem like a good company because the reviews that I saw online were very impressive.
I used the service of Ottawa General Contractors to upgrade my condominium. The Project Manager Brigette I worked with is awesome. She is very efficient, professional, communicates and listens well and went above and beyond to finish the project. Her caring attitude made me feel confident of her handling the project and I surely felt assured that I was in good hands. There were some quality issues that I have discovered upon inspection. To this date , the damaged unit door caused by the contractors and the missing screw in the shower glass panel and the need to re-adjust it is taking a long time to fix.I need to follow up all the time despite being diligent of making my payment on time.Services: Drywall installation
Where do I start? I knew choosing a full-service company would be our best choice but my husband wanted to manage contractors individually and try to save some money. We both work full-time and after speaking to different firms, together we decided that choosing a full-service contractor would be our best option and we are SO GLAD that we did. We started shopping for quotes and while OGC didn't come in at the cheapest price, we knew that having a full team and one-stop shop would save us money and tiem in the long run. The biggest value for us was the level of service we got. From when we first spoke to Nick all the way through to knowing and understanding what's happening with our Kitchen and Basement reno each step of the way through our Project Manager. We got what we wanted with minimal stress and headaches. What more can I say? THANK YOU OGC we love our new space.
It only took 6 months for our home addition and we now use it as our home office. If the permits and approvals were quicker OGC would have even finished it sooner so would suggest you start sooner rather than later. Wish we had done it sooner for this reason however It's exactly what we wanted. Thank you team OGC.
We bought a fixer-upper and it really needed some TLC. Old formica countertops, yellow walls, no open concept, outdated everything ! Needless to say it needed a full renovation. From demo and gutting to new support beams, electricals, walls, counters and appliances throughout. It looks completely different now and was worth every dollar. Kids got their own playing room in the basement too.
It has been 8 months since Ottawa General Contractors finished up the work on converting our very wet, damp Cold Storage space into a very dry and usable storage space. Both the inside and outside of the Cold Storage space and along the front of our house were sealed and insulated. It made an incredible difference in our basement. Warm and dry! The deck that was built on top of the sealed and insulated old exterior concrete stairs on the front of our house is beautiful. From beginning to end OGC was professional, courteous, and kept us in the loop as the project proceeded. It was a pleasure having OGC handle this 'Little Big Project' from start to finish.
We are a trade partner that believes in putting the Customer first and ensuring the job is done right and done right the first time. We have found that O.G.C and Michael Kline in particular have the same core values as we do. We look forward to being the first ones on site with Michael Kline at the lead ongoing and in the future
