This is the first time I took my car here. Joe is very nice & talked to me on the phone for 15 min to discuss the problems w/ my car. My fiance & I brought the car in the evening to him & talked to Joe. When we got the car, we thought everything was fine w/ it, come to figure out they didn't change the oil when they told us they did! They don't know which mechanic worked on my car!! I drove it for 2 days, short distances, 2 miles down the road. I noticed smoke was coming out of my tailpipe really bad! I told my fiance when he got home & he called Bill, co-owner, the next morning cause it was late. Bill sent a tow truck free of charge to the apartment I live in to come & get it. They re-did the oil change. I'm assuming Bill did it himself. Thank-you Bill, for everything!! I really appreciated it! It seems to be running fine now.

Got a nail in my tire and called up ottos to see what I should do! They told me to come right in and they could see if they would be able to plug it up! Was there a total of 20 minutes and they helped me right out! Nicest guys ever! Totally trust this place and love to find a business that has been in service for over 40 years - by meeting them you can tell why! Professional and reasonable! Will go no where else moving forward! I've been going to this shop for years. They're just a friendly group of guys doing honest work. They have pride in their work and value customer service and relationships over anything else. The owner Kevin is always very thorough about the work being done and cost of parts/labor. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We really lucked out in finding this garage which was given to us by the vehicle title and registration business we used to register our out-of- state vehicles. Kevin the owner is very friendly and so are the employees that work there. We had 10 days to get 2 vehicles inspected and they scheduled both very fast. It was quick and painless. I will be using them again for future vehicle needs.

The only place I take my car. Kevin and Chuck are so passionate about their jobs it's not just fixing a car to them it's making sure your car is the best on the road and you're safe! Been going to this mechanic for years! Never get charged astronomical prices like a lot of places. Kevin is very honest if he can fix it he'll let you know if it's not worth the fix he'll let you know. Take my car here problems are always solved and I'm always treated like I'm a priority! Nothing like a business that the customer can always say they're satisfied!

Had an oil change and inspection done here on my SUV recently. So far so good! Earlier in the year, brought our 2006 Hybrid in and had brakes and rotors replaced in addition to the yearly inspection. Guys are pretty cut and dry - not a lot of conversation - but they do good work.

Staff is courteous and knowledgable. Very honest and upfront about what to expect for price and time frame. Asked me how much I paid for the car and was realistic about what was worth replacing. I brought in a cheapo car I bought with 100k and no documentation, so I wanted to have the timing belt changed not knowing if it had ever been done. For a small fraction of the $700 this would have cost they were able to go partway in and determine that the belt had recently been changed and didn't need to be replaced. Also took care of my other issues and the car runs better than the day I bought it.
