Supports some of the best athlete s from southeast Iowa not just limited to Muay Thai but also standard boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Skill levels from beginner to Kru in Muay Thai; beginner to professional Mixed Martial Artists. And beginner to multiple Golden Glove Boxers. Have 40 yrs of experience in the sports and love to have new interested young athletes to come down and enjoy the experience of our trainers and other athletes.
