So much to chose from. We came here for lunch after visiting the fort worth zoo during our vacation. Everything was excellent, kids loved the place and the large selection of breakfast foods all day long. We also bought a whole chocolate pie to take back to our cabin. It was delicious. Stopped in for lunch and was blown away! Myra is an amazing server! Fast, accurate and so very attentive! Free soup for lunch and the minestrone was homemade and delicious. Chicken friend state is one of the best I ever had! The baked chicken was seasoned perfectly and so moist and tender! Quant little spot that is family owned and operated! Home cooking at its best!
Food was delicious. Corn nuggets and coleslaw where my favorites. We got a few pieces of pie to go because although we were stuffed we couldn't leave without some. We have not tried them yet though. Oh and they have their own version of honey butter .Food: 5/5
Food portions are great along with great flavor. They have a huge menu with a variety for any person. On my photo it's huevos rancheros & the sampler. I recommend their home fries.Food: 5/5
My boyfriend and I both had the Belgian Texas shaped waffle, I had bacon and 3 scrambled eggs, and he had sausage and 3 over easy eggs. The bacon was to my liking of being crispy. My waffle was very good, but the eggs were too buttery for my liking. His meal was great from his standpoint. The coffee was spot on, and the orange juice was great. I loved their coffee mugs, I wanted one so bad, but I have too many already.
We discovered Our Place this past weekend, it was incredibly good! My husband had a chicken fried steak, it was huge! I had pot roast and it was equally as good. Don't even get me on the lemon cream pie, save room or get it to go, fantastic!
The food was delicious. It came out quickly and hot. The waitress was very friendly and patient as I had my aunt has dementia and has a hard time making up her mind. Overall we will be back soon. Fir breakfast or lunch.Food: 5/5
Many Breakfast options but I went with the BYO Skillet and it didn’t disappoint at all. Fresh ingredients, full of flavor and the staff was super attentive. Sweet tea is a must but next time I’ll get a cup of Coffee. Lots of parking but I’ve been told it gets busy at times. I loved this place and another TX restaurant that was like eating back in Brooklyn. Tried a piece of my GF’s Chicken fried steak omelet and it was freaking good!!! Definitely a must have if you’re feeling hungry in the mornings. Pancakes weren’t the best but they added chocolate chips and that’s a win for me.
Came in on a Saturday morning for a late breakfast. Quickly seated and attended to. Lots of breakfast options as well as lunch. Great setting for a morning breakfast as well as patio seating. Texas waffle was delicious and crispy. Everything cooked and served well, hot, fresh coffee and left happy. Will certainly be back.
