OurDepression is a place of support, education, and advocacy for those living with depression. At OurDepression we believe you are Chronically Awesome!
Our Depression is a shared experience. While there are varying types (5) and severity of depression, when we are here, we are able to share our experiences with our symptoms, diagnosis, therapeutic choices, medications and the unfortunate stigma of mental illness.
We will share with you information about the most recent medications, studies and therapeutic options. At the same time, we will strive to inspire and move you so that you can always remember that depression is not something anyone asks for, or deserves.
While it seems impossible at the time, there are ways to feel better, to improve ones quality of life.
