We sat at the bar and Hannah gave us great service. She is always a friendly face and gives us great service and good recommendations on what to eat.
Michelle was our waitress and she was outstanding. Her PR made us feel comfortable. She is a real asset to your organization. She was attentive and checked to see if we needed anything at times. Great gal.Food: 5/5
Came in to outback tonight and everything was amazing but especially the service from my server yanira. She was on point with everything. She suggested us to try the bone in rib-eye and it was so delicious. She was always around and made sure to get us refills without even asking. Thank you yanira for the amazing service. You were the best!
A came in to this location for the first time and the bartender yanira was the best, she recommended the best cocktail , I tried the strawberry peach sangria and the castaway cocktail. It was heaven !!! I will deff come back. The food was amazing as well. Parking: Easy to park
Hannah is one of the best bar servers! I come here everyday I don’t cook and she is attentive to all patrons who dine here! She takes care of everyone and remembers my usual order!! Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on certain days if parents order a meal. Parking: Next door to OB…steps away! Lots of space!
Outback steakhouse is normally great every time. We visited the restaurant at 27230 Bay Landing Drive in Bonita Springs, Florida and it was the worst experience we have had in a Outback Steakhouse. We ordered Victoria's Fillet Mignon. The steaks texture and taste seemed like a cheaper cut. It was the service, though, that set this restaurant apart from the others. After we placed our order, our waitress didn't come back to our table until my wife went to the hostess and asked for the bill. Another patron went back to the kitchen while we were there, looking for his waitress. Maybe it was only one night. I'm not sure what the manager was doing, but the staff appeared to be taking advantage. We were in town for the week on vacation. We ate at Carrabas next door three separate times that week... we will not ever go back to the Bonita Springs Outback and I would suggest that you not visit them either.
Food was great, but we waited 10 min to even get a server, the sweet hostess made sure she came served us. There was maybe 10 people there in the whole restaurant. So the service wasn't very good. Waited too long for our food and drinks.Food: 5/5

I'm not a fan of the music & its volumn, but have good meals & service there. In the bar area Jennifer most days & Alyssa [have had in the evening] are terrific servers! If any dish isn't quite right, staff don't hesitate to fix until it is with no questions.Food: 5/5

His energy and enthusiasm are infectious, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your experience. He is a true professional. who is prompt, efficient, and attentive to the needs of his customers. They manage the bar with precision, ensuring that everyone receives timely service and that the bar area is clean and well-maintained. He is also well-versed in the menu, and can provide recommendations and answer any questions you may have about the food and drinks. Five stars for Genesis.
