OUTERMOST YOGA is dedicated to *empowering mindful living* by promoting and advancing yoga and wellness related activities and practitioners in Provincetown, Truro, & Wellfleet, on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Our community offers a wide variety of asana classes, as well as pranayama, various forms of bodywork, lifestyle coaching, Ayurvedic meal-planning, kirtan, satsang, and many interesting workshops. While you can find us teaching in the local gyms and studios, we also host events in public spaces and parks, often in affiliation with many other businesses, organizations, and individuals that are dedicated to fitness and well-being. Our friends are available for private individual and group sessions, and offer customized yoga retreats!
