Outpatient Services East Surgery Center

Nurses and all staff for that matter, were all very friendly, caring and professional. They do their best to put you at ease and keep you up to date with what is going on - explaining everything along the way, so you aren't kept in the dark. I love the way they take care of you during any all procedures I've had done here. They really do go above and beyond!

I talked to Ms. Tonya and she was so kind as she called to follow up for Dr. Shaffer on my husband. She was informative about the patient portal which we stalk anyway. We love the patient portal. She took her time to ask me questions and answer them too. Thankful for kind people like her.

Everyone was professional and friendly from check in to discharge home. Everything went smoothly and just exactly as planned. My nurses were patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
