Overcomers Fitness, LLC. was created to help others discover what their bodies are truly capable of accomplishing. Certified Insanity Instructor, Tammy Doering (age 51) partnered with her best friend and husband, Jim Doering (age 58) as her Insanity Modifier to offer both Beginners and Athletes a way to do Insanity in a group setting. They are dedicated to teaching people of all ages how to Dig Deeper, Reach & Maintain their Fitness Goals while having F-U-N in the process. Their mindset is - 'We're in Training for Old Age!'
