Speechless... I just wanted to buy a TAP card but it took me more than 10 mins! I expected and doubt that it should have been done within a minute. The owner was arguing with another customer for boring mathematical price problem while the other staff was trying to help me out at the beginning. When they were finally done with the meaningless argument, the owner was not familiar with the TAP operation machine and thus switched to discuss with the other staff and eventually took a long time to figure it out. I spent 90% of my time waiting for their idle behavior even there had been just very few people in the store. The only advantage might be that the store is extremely close to the R12 bus stop like 3 secs away and the process fee is only 50 cents, much better than the another shop selling TAP on Washington blvd. Hope TAP can give them more education or simply find more smarter shop/shopkeepers.
