Staff is always friendly. 3 stars because it is very frustrating when you make an appointment for a specific time, show up on time, and then end up waiting over 40 minutes in your car for your pet to be seen. That is not good service.
Was recommended OP Veterinary Center by a family member. Have brought my dogs here for years and liked everyone we've interacted with. They've offered the options but was never pushy on anything.
I recently adopted a 6 year old cat, went there since it was the closet but wow! They are great. The initial new patient was easy. I brought up I thought she was coughing but not much. I noticed the cough more and got a video of it. I asked to go in and it was no issue. Dr. Freeman was great and gave her an injection as she’s displaying signs of asthma. He didn’t insist on an X-ray which was $170 honestly not a bad price and listened to my concerns. He was phenomenal with my rescue cat. Still amazing after all of these months with my cats asthma. I recommend seeing Dr. Freeman!! He listens and gives amazing advice. I really trust him. The vet techs and front office people are all amazing!
Everyone at OPVC takes such great care of our fur babies. Our family loves it here.
Hello! I brought my cat in for his first dental cleaning, which was $395, that’s my bad for not asking for an estimate up front. I brought my cat in around 7:15 AM. The elderly receptionist was quite rude and made backhanded comments to me several times. For example she asked what color my cat is and I said Tabby, she then said ‘that’s not a CoLoR’, which on all my past vet forms under color it says Tabby. Maybe our interaction was before her morning coffee. They also told me multiple times that they will text or call me when my cat was done with their procedure. In fact they asked which method I preferred. It gets to be 2:30 PM and I haven’t been notified. So I contacted them and they told me that my cat was ready. I showed up and asked what time did they finished and they said 12:00. I told them I wasn’t notified and they essentially said ‘ooopsie’. Seems as though they want you to leave your pet there so they can charge you for boarding. Not a fan. Will not be back.
Our Dr. & staff are incredible. My kittens love them & they love Zilly & Jazi
I really appreciate them! We mostly use them for boarding our dog when we go out of town but they are so kind to him and have been really helpful when we’ve needed them for anything medical.
Always friendly and take good care of my babies. After moving into a new area and getting ready for a new work schedule, we are transitioning to a clinic much closer and easier to go to. Very friendly and received records very quickly. Makes me sad, but if we ever move back into the area they will be back.
The best Vet ever. They always take care of Rhino and I. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby. They have GREAT communication, GREAT staff, and always leave us with a GREAT experience. LOVE THEM!!!
