One of the best places with the most amazing staff. I love the people and atmosphere. Some of the most genuine people and they love your pets as their own. Thankful for their open arms and dedication to love and care for your pets. My fur baby had to have surgery and I’ll always remember how much it comforted my heart to have her in their care. Thank y’all so much for all you do.
I've been nervous about taking my animals to the vet on a regular because it always felt like a "scam" to make money with how much everything costs and not getting adequate care for past pets from vets. They were always big on prescribing some medicine and sending us away with no real answers. With this clinic, they actually care. I brought our newest pet in, they gave me all the information I needed and helped me get information in from my other animals. They were patient and I explained one of my dogs can be a bit aggressive towards strangers and wanted to know if I needed to muzzle her but they were adamant on not because they want her to feel safe and comfortable and they will work with her and even allow me to do "social visits" to get her used to them. I am grateful for this clinic and their transparency.
We love love love them! We take both our dogs there and they are always so accommodating & kind. I never have an issue trying to get an appointment when something is wrong with my dogs and they are flexible. They are very transparent with their prices we do have pet insurance so price is hardly ever a concern but they have military discount as well. I trust them 100% with my dogs and definitely recommend them to anyone!
Never told that I would need to come in and purchase additional medicine for my pet to complete treatment. The entire interaction felt completely transactional. Grateful to have found a new vet office that cares deeply for my animals.
Dr Tate and Lori as well as the rest of the office staff they were absolutely amazing took care of my snakes with absolute love caring and knowledge they would not be alive today if it wasn't for OverWatch Animal hospital. I cannot thank them enough and no words will do justice for the type of people that they are they are beyond angels. I will always be grateful.
Overwatch was excellent! They went way above and beyond for us! They actually really care about their patients and customers unlike other local veterinarian's that are just trying to turn a profit. We brought in our very sick kitten Javelin on a Saturday, and they did everything they could to save his precious little life. Even after hours on their own personal time they were there for him. They even called us on their personal phones when they weren't in the office to update us. Unfortunately Javelin had FIP and he wasn't able to overcome it. I want to personally thank everyone at Overwatch for their caring, compassionate, and professional service! I would highly recommend Overwatch, and I will definitely be coming here for all my pets veterinarian care in the future!
The dr and staff were amazing. We were traveling from Missouri to florida and our 16 year old pup was whining and acting off. We called 4 places while driving amd no one could squeeze us in. Overwatch found a way to squeeze in our old lady and got her into n pain and antibiotics! We are truly grateful for your care of Coco. Highly recommend!
Best Vet ever. The staff is super friendly and nice too our gentle giant. They genuinely care and have the passion of taking care of your 4 legged furr baby. My wife talked to other veterinary offices and they wasn’t helpful at all
Dr Tate and the whole entire staff is very professional / knowledgeable l as well loving and caring to my cats that I bring to them. I recommend them highly for their patients and understandings not only to the pets they see everyday but to the petparents too!
