Our dryer went out, so we needed to clean some clothes, and thankfully, this location was close by and open 24 hours. It was a little messy inside, but it was easy to start the machines and use.
Never had a problem with this place. I love that it’s 24/7 and it makes it easier for me. The only issue is I went to go reload my card and the machine went off network. I only had $1.25 left on the card and I inserted the $20 bill it went offline and told me I still had $1.25 but keep the bill. So I can to pay an extra $20 off my debit card so now I am basically out $40 instead of just the $20 I needed
The bigger machines that hold more loads are the beat bargain. The smaller washers for $3.75 & $4.50. There isn't enough folding space. 2 Tables. The card system didn't work for me to retrieve a wash card but the washers worked great with Apple Pay. Coin machine worked fine too. AC was struggling as well.
DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CARD ‍ YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! The advertised price is $2.50 for a small machine, however when you use your card it charges a $2.50 fee for a total of $5.00 per machine. I did not see a notice advising of this fee I found out the hard way... & about $35 too late. It's a decent facility however, it's WORTH IT to GET CHANGE!
I have been here before, and the store was much much cleaner than this time around. I have read my sister in law's review, and I was there with her when she took those pics of the soap dispensers. Even our clothing did come out, not smelling so fresh, and before you ask me if I put soap in them I did, and I used enough. The photos are of thismplace and if you say that you have people cleaning this place, maybe so, but they are not cleaning the washer or the dryers. And if that is not their job and it is yours, you need to be making sure this gets done at least twice a week as popular as you are. RE: TABITHA WALTER'S What my sister, Tabitha took was not permanent marker. It was inside meldew where you place the soap and softener in. And that can easily be removed with a little bleach.
This was my first time washing at this location and I was referred by someone. My clothes are currently stuck in the washer with water still in it. An error code has popped up reflecting as “E dr”. No matter how hard I try I cannot open up the machine without breaking it because it is locked. I have called the number listed on Google several times and it seems like I am being sent to voicemail because it rings for different amount of times each time. I have even knocked on both doors here at the location with no answer. There are no signs telling what to do in this situation. I am so disappointed and I am hoping that someone will resolve this situation asap.
I have been going to this coin laundry for about a month now with no issues. However, we went 6/12/23 and tried to use the end $7 washer. I swiped my prepaid spiderwash card and it told me to press start, but the washer did not start. It still charged the $7 on my card. I tried to call and left a voicemail but no one has answered my voicemail. Just trying to get our $7 back but will still continue going there because it is clean and the wash rewards program is nice. EDIT: They reached out to me and I recieved a refund. They were very kind and quick. Thank you so much, we will definetly continue going here.
Laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. Machines accepted major credit cards and Apple Pay and a change machine. There were many security cameras on-site. Overall it was a good experience at a reasonable cost.
On Tuesday evening December 6th, this laundromat’s dryers had went out after me and probably 10-12 other people wasted their money in washing clothes, with no working dryer available. It was like the whole dryer side had power shut off. Those who had already put their clothes in the dryer took it out wet. There was no attendant, and they did not pick up the phone. Nobody came to resolve the situation and they still won’t pick up their phones. This isn’t right and they should automatically refund the cards of those whose money was wasted that night using their laundromat. Do not come here!
The owner maintains the facilities and is a local resident. I feel safe here day and night due to the full coverage security cameras and bright lighting. There's usually someone here at any hour doing their laundering.
