From start to finish this was such a nice and peaceful interaction. Lara Thomas was the woman who helped when we picked up the car. Man she went over the extra mile to hook us up with the best vehicle for our needs. When you’re thinking customer service she is the picture perfect of what it should be. As if that couldn’t have went better, when we were bringing the car back Mahcel Johnson helped us. He was just as amazing as Lara was. When we left I told my boyfriend we will always rent our vehicles from enterprise and especially the Owasso location. Such an easy process from start to finish with the most wonderful people. Y’all couldn’t have better employees and I truly mean that.

We have been a customer of Enterprise for years because of the great customer service! We usually rent from the Owasso location, Jason is the manager. He is always so helpful, courteous and goes the extra mile! Thank you Jason for making our car rental experience a great one! We will be back next time we need a rental car!

Car was amazing and the guy who checked us in was awesome! Unfortunately,  when returning the vehicle they kept my deposit stating that we smoked in the vehicle, which we did not! Quite depressing especially after I spent my own time and money to clean it up after our trip to spread my mother's ashes. The guy who checked it back in was quite rude! Didn't even talk to us, just accused us and told me they we're keeping my deposit!!!  Jean, tried to call and got hung up on. I'll be using Hertz for all future requests,  thanks though.

They were really nice and pleasant.  It was really easy to go in and get a rental car. I would definitely go back. All the sales guys were great.

The reps at the Owasso location are always so helpful and pleasant.  I rent often and choose to pick up from this location over any other.

I rented a car with 46k miles it had scratches all over it along with several dents.  I walked around the vehicle with your employee when renting it. There where so many issues with it I would have needed to take several hours to make sure all the damage was noticed and documented.  Who has the time to do that!  So when I took it back after your company made $1200 on the rental, your employee tried to tell me I scratched the roof. What a scam!!!!  Is this what your company tries to do to collect more money?  Why wasn't all the damage done previously repaired? I think that's criminal if you charged people's insurance or they paid for previous damage and you never fixed anything on the car. I did not scratch anything on the rental it was there when I rented it!! Your employee also stated he was going to keep my $50 deposit!  I will be disputing that charge on my visa.  I have rented several cars and have never! Never! Had such a Horrible experience!

Jason and the other lady were awesome.  They both went beyond what they are paid for I'm sure.

I had a wonderful experience! I was in an out within a few minutes. Russell in your Owasso location was sweet enough to call me 10 minutes before you closed and make sure I was coming to pick up my rental. I thought you closed at 5:30, but you closed at 5. He was so sweet to stay an extra 10 minutes for me to get there... now that’s what I call customer service! He greeted me as soon as I pulled up to return the vehicle, we walked around and I was out of there within a couple of minutes! I definitely will use Enterprise again based on my experience with your Owasso location. Russell deserves to be recognized as going above and beyond and giving superior customer service!
