If you have a dry van load of big white rolls you must enter through gate C. I know it says truck exit, but you unload just inside the gate someone on a forklift will guide you once you enter to either parking or to back into dock. It's very congested be patient. They work pretty fast. Was 2nd truck in line and still exited empty a hour later. Hope this helps

All the staff was very unprofessional All the staff gave me the runaround go to C go to gate a back to gat c Had to show them a picture so they could know where to send me to get unloaded forklift drivers very rude wasted four hours

No reason to lock brakes out and shut truck off… 1 or the other…. Ridiculous to make drivers sit in an oven oven while being loaded/unloaded

Friendly people in and out quickly. I won’t mind coming back again.

If you need a sleep, this place is for you. Super slow unloading, dock 2w is very hard for backing.

Long wait to get loaded, but that's bc of the amount of trucks. They will not allow you to idle while being loaded so summer is a challenge. Friendly employees

In & out every time within 30 minutes of arrival, all depends on your attitude when you show up. If you are the slightest of rude or ignorant, prepare for a long day! If you are friendly, polite & start a conversation with them no worries.

Staff was very friendly. Other reviews said they are rude, well i must have gotten lucky. Or maybe its how you treat them in return. It was a slow day as far as trucks, so i was in and out under 30 minutes.

Arrived right at 4 and guy rudly told me I need to go elswere to check in and that I was screwed. Said that I would have to come back Monday. Told him someone else can hall them. I don't need his pissy attitude. Broker told me he had never heard of that before and said he was giving me the runaround so he didn't have to load me.

I delivered for them. Any problem. Cool guys, unloaded in 1 hour. For flatbeds pickups can be long waiting, busy place
