Don't do it. I ordered their most expensive designer's choice floral arrangement - so, not "standard" least expensive, not "deluxe" mid-range, but "premium" most expensive, and this is what they sent! Six roses of various colors and filler thrown in a low quality vase. Made me wonder what the "standard" would have looked like. 3 roses and filler? The company stood by this arrangement and refused to send out a new one. So, I ordered another arrangement from Carithers Flowers also in Marietta/Atlanta and WOW !! The arrangement from Carithers BLEW everyone away! It was stunning! Please save your time and money and order from another florist.
Yesterday I ordered flowers for my wife, she works in a secure building that requires specific directions to get to, they delivered the flowers right to her, and wow was she impressed with the delivery person, how nice they were and the flowers, that is all that matters to me, 5 stars from me.

Could not speak more highly of Owens. They did an exceptional job with my wedding flowers and gave me exactly what I had in mind. Kelly took the time to meet with us and talk through what was possible within our budget. They were accommodating and affordable and and honestly went above and beyond. I will never use a different flower shop!!
I live in Ohio, but was planning my small wedding in Marietta, Georgia. I worked with Kelly completely over the telephone and through email. I never set foot in the shop. My flowers were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Gave us a vase so we could use my bouquet as a centerpiece at our bridal table. Kelly went out of her way to make sure we were totally satisfied. Prices were reasonable compared to others in the area. Highly recommend them.
Owens did the flowers for my daughter’s wedding on 3/19/22. Kelly was so helpful and did everything we asked for and more. She listened and gave great suggestions and put it all together within our budget! Many, many comments about how perfect the flowers looked! Thank you!
I would give 6 stars if I could. I'll try to be brief. I ordered flowers from Owens online from out of state to be delivered to my mother in Georgia who is in an assisted living facility. Someone from Owens I didn't get a name, shame on me! called me the next day saying they didn't deliver to Alpharetta. This wonderful young lady offered to call another florist to make the delivery on my behalf. I was stunned but relieved and knew she would take care of it. Low and behold, the flowers did not get delivered to my mother for Mother's Day so I emailed Owens explaining what happened. The very next day I received an email response telling how sorry they were that they did not get delivered and they would send a fresh arrangement out that day. So here's the bottom line: they not only sent a fresh arrangement out the same day; they also added a balloon; AND sent it by courier to an address they normally don't deliver to! I am beyond speechless and for anyone that has a parent or relative in assisted living, especially a mother with dementia, this was way over and above any expectation I could ever have! I only wish they were in South Carolina where I am so I could thank them in person. They don't know me from Adam but went to all this trouble. Well done!!!
Sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. Just saw a picture and they are beautiful. They lady that took my order was so friendly and helpful I will definitely order from whenever I need flowers. I stored their number in my phone. Great job. Thank you
I ordered nice funeral spray for an extended family member. Since I was not going to be able to be at the funeral, I asked the florist to text me one picture of the finished floral. She hesitated, then indicated she would “try.” This puzzled me because most service providers would consider providing a photo taken right there in her shop, to be a minimal request, so I felt sure she would accomplish one photo of the flowers for me. I immediately paid the $98 bill by phone. No photo ever arrived. I texted her to let her know that no photo arrived, thinking she would just re-send it. She never answered the text nor did she ever send the photo. I cannot recommend Owens Flower Shop since such a small, seemingly insignificant accommodation was too much to ask. Since I never saw the flowers, I cannot even comment on the quality of their work product. I can only comment that they do not make any effort to be helpful, in people’s sad times.

My daughter Isrielle and I agree: Owens is the best option! These florist were so kind, they made my Aunt a beautiful bouquet in my price range. Jessica assisted us with wonderful customer service.
