Owens Funeral Service was highly acclaimed by reviewers on Google so we called to begin the difficult process of memorializing my mother. The excellent service that the Owens family was able to provide with very short notice was simply miraculous. I will be ever grateful for the Owen family's exceptional service and support through life's my most challenging moment.

Owens Funeral Services provided excellent care for the death of our loved one. The programs were beautiful and they provided a tribute to them by creating a blanket with their photograph on it. The organist was wonderful, she not only played, she sang for us too. The facility is very modern and clean and all services provided were top of the line. We highly recommend them. This funeral home was recommmended because of the service they do for the community. I was impressed by the quality package they provided and the care they delivered for the burial of my mother. Our family used the warm, large, modern and clean chapel facility for the service. Overall, the staff was highly professional, the rates were highly competitive and reasonable, and while, I was anticipating a long complicated process to bury a loved one, I was surprised at the ease and simplicity of this process and grateful for the small special touches they added. Upon completion, we were presented with all the proper paperwork and a lovely package that I only wish my mother could have been alive to proudly see. I feel confident that should the need arise, I have found a family funeral home when I found Owens Funeral Services. Thank you for everything.

Last February, my father's companion passed away from colon cancer. He decided to use Owen's Funeral services for their reasonable prices, but this company had far more than good prices. Their packages are comprehensive including not just casket fee, programs and thank you cards and more. They were very focused on his budget, needs and desires for his friend and addressed everything as requested from my father. They also started the funeral service on time. It was not about what they can get but it was all about satisfying the customer. My father was very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

I like to think of them personnel as gentle giants. When I called Owens funeral to pick up my loving mother. My daughter let them in the house. As I walked out the room there they were, two giants standing in my kitchen. As I guided them to the room they followed with grace. When my heart fell to pieces they waited for me to get it together. They gently moved her and allowed me to help. As they took her out they were gentle and loving in the way they carried her. I will never forget their kindness. At the funeral polar they were exceptional. They treated me and my family as their own. I felt at home. I didn’t feel like my mother would be in some cold ice box but in the hands of trusted family. Unforunately in the last year I have lost two loved ones. On both occasions I was given exemplary customer service by Mr. Owen's and his staff. I was touched by the dignity with which the staff worked to ensure that my grandmother and friend were honored despite the restrictions created by COVID-19.
