WE TRAIN, MENTOR AND DEVELOP THE INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE OF YOUTH SOCCER PLAYERS
Sports United has developed a training program that works solely on “Own Touch”. The program consists of a series of ball drills, agility movements and challenging games that help develop soccer touch while children are at play. The program is designed to improve one’s “Own Touch”, make playing with soccer ball a fun part of our youths’ daily lives and foster a greater love for the game. In the end, the players have done some cardiovascular training, some agility training, played several games and improved their first touch, speed of play, their decision making and ultimately their overall effectiveness on the pitch.
