I started my fitness journey in 2012 when I finally realized that there was a better way to live my life than being out of breath bending over to tie my shoes. I started going to the gym and surrounded myself with fit people and invested in a personal trainer. That trainer inspired me to want to help others, and share the knowledge and information that I had obtained through the course of my fitness journey. I've been doing meal plans and exercise regimens for a few years now, and I've got to say its one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. I want to help people reach their goals and I believe you and anyone else can achieve yours with a little dedication and FOCUS!
