I was happy to experience what most of the other Yelp and Google Plus reviewers experienced. Clint and Bob did a great job. They showed up a few minutes late due to an accident but called well in advance to let me know. The cost was exactly what they had quoted me over the phone and there was no attempt to charge extra for stains, etc. Carpets were really dirty as well as a sectional micro suede couch. Now they both look almost brand new. Carpets took about 2 hours to dry. Great process for cleaning. Much better than steam cleaning. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
Bob is nice and professional. He keeps me updated on the arrival time and I could easily reach out to the service center if I need help. The carpet is clean and dried quickly! Highly recommend his Service!
Bob is the person to ask for, he was so nice. Took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. Then went out of his way to do a fantastic job but added a little extra work. We will definitely ask for him in 6 months
The owner, Bob, is excellent. He has always cleaned our carpets expertly and offered good advice on any questions we've had. He is our first and only choice for carpet cleaning.
I have used Bob several times and carpets have always turned out great... very clean. This includes the cleaning of a very large and difficult turmeric stain. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
I thought Clint was very personable and courteous. He provided answers to my questions and worked in a professional manner. He only had to clean 2 fairly small rooms, but he did so in a very meticulous fashion.
Bob and Clint both great people out to do a conscientious, thorough job at a reasonable price. very pleasant personalities as well. Patrick
"Bob was about 15 minutes late and phoned to let me know. He cleaned 2 sofas that I actually thought were dump candidates. They now look almost new. I have 2 dogs and had multiple pee spots and stains. Those smelly areas are gone. This carpet is 17 years old. Bob did a fabulous job."
The carpets cleaned up very well and Bob was thorough, professional and honest. No chemical residues to have to air out!
