Just had a mammogram done and could not have been more pleased with the service.  Appointment was at 8:30 and I was leaving at 8:40.  After some of the bad reviews I have read I was not sure what to expect on my first visit.  Kara was my radiologist and she was great and the others were also. Highly recommend them

These people were the most empathetic, caring, especially the ER doctor. They treated my daughter so well. And went above and beyond for her!!! I can't say enough about these wonderful people.

I’m disgusted with the care that was given to my mom on Christmas Eve.  No one wants to be at a hospital on Christmas Eve.  You know the job title when you take it.  Legal action may be taken. I wish there was a option for zero stars. It pains me to write this about a hospital in a town I grew up in and how good this place use to be.

I have always stood up for this hospital, but my visit there yesterday for a mammogram was horrible. Everyone said  go to Conway, and I said this would be easier. No, it wasent. I miss Nina so much.

Top notch place to receive care. I have used Ozark Health for many family emergencies and services and have always been treated with care and respect. They hosted a fantastic team of physicians and skilled nursing staff. The facility was immaculately kept up and the floors are so clean you can see your refection in them. I would definitely recommend Ozark Health to anyone who needs medical care.

This hospital is a joke. When I first moved moved here I had covid with an ear infection. At the time covid wasn’t really a thing yet so they didn’t know what to do. I went today because I have symptoms of strep and kidney issues and they didn’t do anything for my pain, didn’t even show me positive test results, just gave me a packet and said have a good day. My pain level was at a 6.

An employee violated Hippa law by sharing medical information to unauthorized persons and police reported stalkers blocked by a POA.When I complained I was given the runaround and treated quite rudely by assistant Hospital administrator. I will say that my husband's medical care was properly attended to.

I had very good luck and satisfaction with all the help with what I was treated and the help I have received the times I've been being at the vacillate.

My husband broke his ankle Labor Day Weekend. They took him to a room within 30 minutes. The receptionist was terrific  and the doctor put a boot on until we get home from vacation to see a surgeon. Doctor even brought him outside in a wheelchair for me to pick him up. We do not get this kind of service where we live but wish we did. Will definitely use them again for emergency care.

I was having a severe anxiety attack. I literally couldn’t breathe or barely talk. They wanted a urine sample I missed the urine collector bowl. So I got send back to my room the nurse then pops her head in the door saying if you don’t get a sample then we have to put a catheter in you! I was appalled because why couldn’t they just give me some water? Next the doctor comes cause she asks what’s wrong I said panic attack. She then asks me about my job by the way I do have a job I’m my dads caretaker. She told me then I need to get a job like a “normal person” umm excuse me?? what does a job have to do with my panic attack?  This hospital is a joke and needs employees that will do their job besides telling someone to get a job that already has one. then they sent me to the mental hospital besides treating me there for my panic attack.. they could of gave  me something there when did the hospitals sends you to mental hospital for your problems! Needless to say don’t ever go to Clinton hospital they won’t give you anything for you to calm you down  just send you to be mental hospital treated for panic attacks.
